A mandatory aptitude test which can be held online also, for all applicants, to help us analyze the fitment as per the role.
Coding Test
An online coding round is conducted (which is monitored through the proctoring facility)
HR Round
Face to face meeting in our office premises, where an interaction with the HR to assess behavioral competencies and describe the role in detail.
For All Non-Technical Positions

Offer
Once you are through the interview, there is a discussion with HR regarding job roles, expectations, company culture, etc. On mutual agreement of all terms and clauses, the offer is presented.
